Evergreen Care’s specialist supported living is a dedicated service that helps support and encourage independent living in a comfortable and well-maintained environment. With our dedicated team of care providers, we are on hand to help our service users 24/7 to meet and surpass their individual requirements by helping them to be in control of their own lives and choices. We are here to support a wide range of needs including Learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, brain injury and mental health to name a few.
About the facilities.
Redlands is our newest supported living facility. Refurbished to the highest standards this 2 bedroom flat is located on the 3 rd floor providing beautiful views over London. With great transport links this is perfectly suited to someone looking for a bit more peace and individual support. Redlands meets and surpasses all supported living regulations. You have a choice of furnished or unfurnished ensuring that this property meets your needs and provides a space that you can truly call your own.

Independence
Evergreen Care’s emphasis is on independence and ensuring that you are supported in an environment that is yours, ensuring that you are comfortable and happy. You are free to go and come as you like supported along the way.
Highest Level of Car
You can expect to be supported 24 hours a day 7 days a week should you need a carer to help assist with any tasks. All our Carers are highly trained and DBS (Enhanced) cleared. Each service user will have a tailored person-centred support plan ensuring that you are provided with the exact support that you need. Evergreen Care are constantly improving the skills of our carers to ensure that the highest standards of care are always provided.
Surroundings
All accommodation is provided furnished or non-furnished, renovated and deep cleaned before a service user takes over. Colours are neutral but service users are free to decorate as they please so you feel more comfortable in an environment of your choice.
Social Interactions
You are able to socialise as little or as much as you like. Evergreen Care ensure that every resident has the ability to access a social space within the property when they like so they do not feel they are confined to one room. Sensory rooms and activity rooms are also available ensuring that wellbeing is maintained. Our trained staff are also on hand should you need assistance in the community too.
